Information we use

If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account details needed to identify your account: your name, email address, and Google profile identifier. Kaya Ko Yan! does not request access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or email contents.

We also use information you provide or create in Kaya Ko Yan!, such as your profile and roles, listings and page content, purchases, product or service activity, messages, affiliate activity, communication preferences, support requests, and privacy requests.

When you use the site, technical records such as the route used, device or browser details, error references, and security events may be recorded to keep the service reliable and investigate problems.

Offer visits and advertising choices

We automatically count visits to published listings and seller sales pages so sellers can see basic daily totals. A random key for one offer is kept in the browser tab for that tab session. It prevents reloads from adding another visit within 24 hours. The server's duplicate-check entry expires after 24 hours and is removed during later visit processing. Basic totals do not record your account, profile, IP address, device identifier, or browsing across different offers.

You can turn off basic visit counts on an offer page. If you have already declined or withdrawn its earlier visit-tracking choice, that choice also prevents a new basic count there. The site remembers a basic-count opt-out for one year on this browser. You can resume it from the same control.

Google and Meta advertising tracking is separate. Connected advertising tools may receive your page visit and browser information, use cookies or local storage, and use that information for measurement and personalized advertising. They run only after you allow the connected tools on the offer page, where you can also turn them off. A saved approval applies only to those connected tools; if they change, we ask again. Earlier visit-count approvals do not authorize advertising. A saved refusal stays off. Purchases still work either way. Read more about how Google uses data and the Meta privacy policy.

How we use information

  • Sign you in and protect access to your account.
  • Operate marketplace discovery, checkout, orders, delivery, services, seller tools, and affiliate programs.
  • Send account, purchase, service, security, and support communications.
  • Prevent misuse, resolve disputes, diagnose errors, and improve the reliability and usability of Kaya Ko Yan!

Service providers and necessary sharing

Kaya Ko Yan! uses Supabase for account sign-in and application data, Vercel for hosting and application logs, Xendit for checkout and subscription collection, and Resend for account and service emails. Each provider receives the information needed for its part of the service.

Information may also be shown to a buyer, seller, affiliate, or authorized Kaya Ko Yan! administrator when their role in a purchase, service, program, support request, or trust review requires it.

Retention and security

Records are kept for as long as they are needed to operate the service and meet legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security obligations. Different records can have different retention periods.

Kaya Ko Yan! checks who is signed in, limits what each person can see, uses secure web connections, and records important account actions. No online service can promise zero risk, so we investigate reported security concerns.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available account details and communication choices in Kaya Ko Yan! You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information through the signed-in privacy workflow on this page.

We verify the requesting account before acting. A deletion request may not erase records that must remain for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security obligations. Your request history will show its recorded status.
