Kaya Ko Yan! Refund Policy

Applies to: All Buyers and Creators on Kaya Ko Yan! (KKY)

1. General Rules

  • Refunds are not automatic and will only be approved if they meet the specific reasons listed below.

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase or service deadline, unless otherwise stated.

  • Transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) are non-refundable.

2. Valid Reasons for Refunds

Digital Products (Learn Category)

Refunds are granted only if:

  1. The file is corrupt or inaccessible, and the buyer cannot open or use it despite attempts.

  2. The wrong file was delivered (different from what was described/listed).

  3. The product description was misleading, and the delivered file is substantially different from the listing.

🚫 Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Buyer not liking the style/content.

  • Buyer failing to download within the access period.

Creative Services (Create Category)

Refunds are granted only if:

  1. The Creator fails to deliver any work by the agreed deadline.

  2. The Creator cancels the project after payment but before delivery.

  3. The Creator delivers work that is substantially different from the agreed scope (must be proven with order requirements vs. final output).

  4. The Creator is unresponsive for more than 7 consecutive days during an active order.

🚫 Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer disliking creative style after delivery (unless different from scope).

  • Buyer providing incomplete or unclear requirements.

  • Work already delivered and approved by buyer.

Professional Services & Coaching (Grow Category)

Refunds are granted only if:

  1. The Creator fails to appear for a scheduled session.

  2. The Creator cancels the service after payment but before delivery.

  3. The service is not provided at all within the agreed timeframe.

🚫 Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer canceling within 48 hours of scheduled session.

  • Dissatisfaction with style or advice if service was completed as described.

  • Buyer not showing up for scheduled sessions.

Events & Masterclasses (Grow Category)

Refunds are granted only if:

  1. The event is canceled by the organizer.

  2. The event is rescheduled, and the buyer cannot attend the new date.

  3. The ticket is duplicate-billed (buyer charged more than once).

🚫 Refunds are not granted for:

  • Buyer changing mind.

  • Buyer unable to attend due to personal reasons.

  • Buyer missing online events due to poor internet connection (unless platform-wide failure).

3. Dispute Resolution

  • Buyers must submit evidence (screenshots, files, communication logs).

  • KKY reviews all cases and may request clarification from both buyer and creator.

  • KKY’s decision is final.

4. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days once approved.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method (GCash, Maya, bank, card).

5. Fraud & Abuse Protection

  • Repeated false refund claims may lead to buyer account suspension.

  • Creators with repeated refund cases due to poor performance may be penalized or removed from KKY.
