Using the Alpha
Kaya Ko Yan! is an early version of the marketplace. Features may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Keep copies of work you need and report problems. An experimental feature or marketplace listing is not a guarantee of sales, earnings or a particular result. The Alpha does not replace the commitments recorded for an accepted order.
Your account and use
You must be at least 18 to register. Give accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not make illegal, infringing, misleading or fraudulent offers, impersonate others, harass people or try to bypass security. Sellers must describe their offers honestly and have the rights needed to provide them.
Offers, orders and fees
Before confirming, review the current listing, any accepted quote or service agreement, and checkout details. These show the scope, price, any displayed fees, delivery arrangements and applicable terms. Ask about unclear details before paying. Use the marketplace checkout for marketplace purchases. A later listing edit does not by itself change the terms recorded for your confirmed purchase or service agreement.
Digital products and services
A digital-product purchase gives you the licence or access described in that offer. It does not by itself transfer copyright. Do not copy, resell or share it beyond those permissions.
The Buyer owns the completed work or product delivered through this Service after purchase and delivery. The accepted service agreement records the scope, timing, buyer inputs, revisions and approval steps. Review those details so both parties understand the work to be delivered.
Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Review the cancellation and refund terms shown before purchase. Use the relevant purchase or service page to raise an available request and follow its recorded status. Contact Support if you need help with a problem or dispute. Eligibility and any remedy depend on the accepted terms, what happened and applicable law. This page does not remove your consumer or privacy rights under applicable law or prevent lawful complaints and remedies.
Privacy
The separate privacy notice explains the information used to operate Kaya Ko Yan!, necessary sharing and your privacy choices. Use its existing privacy-request route for access, correction or deletion requests. Account and purchase messages are separate from optional advertising choices.

Publication alone does not mean existing account holders have accepted new terms. Your existing purchase or service agreement is not rewritten by later changes to this page.
