Use messages and notifications
Continue private conversations from Messages and follow in-app updates from Notifications.
Open Messages to continue a private Buyer conversation. Sellers can open Messages from the selected workspace. Choose the conversation to read its history and send a reply; a message does not replace a formal quote, order, or service-project action.
Open Notifications to review account updates. Choose an update to continue to the related area. Use Mark read on one notice or Mark latest updates as read after reviewing the list.
If the list is temporarily unavailable, refresh before repeating a message or action. Check that you are in the correct buyer or seller workspace when a conversation or update is missing.
