Review an order and deliver what was sold
Use the seller order area to check purchases and fulfill eligible work.
In your seller workspace, choose Manage orders under Orders to review purchases recorded for the workspace. Open the order and check its payment and fulfillment state before delivering anything. Follow the order's instructions for the product's delivery type; a downloadable product and a service project have different steps.
For service work, open Service Work and use the accepted agreement and project activity as the record of scope and delivery. Submit work through the project rather than treating a chat message as completion.
If the order is pending or its details are unavailable, refresh it and wait for a confirmed state. Do not send files or begin paid work based only on an external payment screenshot.
