Publish consultation times
Publish matching private appointment slots before submitting a consultation listing for review.
Create and save a consultation listing draft with its duration and terms. In your seller workspace, open Session Availability under Service work. Every active consultation offer must use the same 30- or 60-minute length. Match it with Private session and one seat. Before publishing the approved listing, publish availability with a matching future time at least two hours away and within the next seven days; KKY requires matching availability to publish a consultation listing.
Set the time zone, session length, working days and hours, break, booking lead time and horizon, and blackout dates. Choose Zoom or Google Meet and enter the meeting link; it is kept from the public slot list. Choose Publish availability and check the published slot count. Submit the listing for review when its terms are ready, then publish the approved listing after matching availability is in place.
If a listing cannot be published, check that a future slot matches the consultation duration, private one-seat setting, time zone, working hours, and blackout dates. Review the open schedule before publishing new availability.
