Manage delivery files and public samples
Keep paid delivery files private and choose approved PDFs separately for free sampling.
Open a saved product and find Files. Upload the files a confirmed Buyer should receive. The listed file types and size limits depend on the form and available workspace storage. Files need review and approval before they can be delivered.
The normal Files area is private delivery. Under Public PDF samples, choose only an approved PDF that you want visitors to download as a free sample. A public sample is not the paid file list.
Set an accurate Update policy in the listing. Later approved and published KKY-hosted files are included for paid Buyers while their access is active. Earlier versions and files remain subject to their purchase access rules. For external files, state the Seller's update terms. If an upload stops, choose the same file again to retry; check storage before removing existing files.
