Clean up delivery storage safely
Check file usage before deleting anything from your seller workspace.
In your seller workspace, open Storage & Delivery. Review the storage summary and filter files by In use, Unused, Protected, or Deleted. Open a file's product and version to check what it belongs to.
Remove from listing unlinks a file from a product but does not free storage. Only an eligible file marked Unused can show Delete unused file. Review the confirmation, then choose Permanently delete file to remove it from storage. This cannot be used to remove protected files that still support buyers, reviews, or another retained record.
If a file is Protected or the delete action is unavailable, use Contact Support on the file entry to ask about its retention. Do not delete a paid delivery file to make room for a new upload.
