Manage listing versions and availability
Edit published products safely and understand unpublishing, archiving, and draft deletion.
Open Listings, choose the product, then Listing actions or its edit controls. Editing a published product starts a new version. The current public version stays live while the revision is edited and reviewed; publish the approved version before it replaces the public one.
Choose Unpublish listing to remove a live product from discovery while retaining its history and purchases. Use Republish existing version when that option appears. Archive listing removes a listing from discovery and active listing slots; purchase, private-file, review, and service history remain under their existing rules.
Delete is different: Permanently delete draft is irreversible and appears only for an eligible never-published draft without purchase or review dependencies. If you only need storage space, use Storage & Delivery and delete only files the page marks unused.
