Respond to a Buyer Request and send a quote
Wait for Buyer consent before continuing privately, then send a one-payment Request quote.
In your seller workspace, open Buyer requests and choose a request that fits your service. Read its outcome, scope, budget, and timing before responding. Send one structured initial response for your workspace; an estimate is non-binding. Do not send follow-up messages or attachments until the Buyer chooses Start conversation. The private conversation does not hire you or start payment.
After the Buyer starts a conversation, discuss the scope there and choose Create quote when the terms are agreed. Under Service context, choose Use this Request agreement if you do not have a published service listing; a Request-origin quote does not require one. Include deliverables, amount, timeline, revisions, exclusions, review period, and acceptance criteria. The Buyer reviews the formal quote and can accept it through checkout.
A formal Request quote must have exactly one payment milestone of at least ₱500. Before the Buyer pays, checkout shows the agreed price, the 3.5% Buyer Request fee, and the total. A seller plan may limit Buyer Request hires that are in progress or awaiting payment. If that cap blocks checkout, check Plans & Billing and review active Request work. The cap applies to Buyer Request projects, not ordinary service work.
